A mere 47 Km south of Dublin, Ballyknocken Cookery School is ideally situated just off the N11 at Ashford, Co Wicklow. The school is a state of the art, hands-on facility using top of the range Whirlpool Ovens designed specifically to foster maximum learning and development. Ballyknocken Cookery School is a culinary haven for all those eager to develop new skills in a fun interactive environment. The school has also attracted much media attention over the years appearing on RTE and TV3, along with the NBC Today Show in the US among many other countries worldwide.

Our programme for transition year students is specifically designed to develop effective communication and relationships with peers using team-oriented tasks. The workshops are an excellent method of promoting learning through a memorable hands-on experience, showcasing our farm to fork ethos and all of our students are guided every step of the way in cookery techniques to certificate level by our expert team of Ballyknocken Cookery School tutors.
